Diageo uses VR for a harder hitting message on drink driving

After watching this VR film, 73 percent of viewers surveyed  said they are now more likely to stop other people from drinking and driving.

When it comes to drinking and driving, one wrong decision can be life-altering. Diageo’s virtual reality project, “Decisions,” challenges people to think twice before allowing themselves – or others – to get behind the wheel after drinking.

The idea is to give viewers an immersive experience of an alcohol-related crash. It’s best viewed with a VR headset, but still works well on a mobile or laptop. Diageo claims the video accumulated almost 14 million views in the four months after release.
