Fred, Francis and Nicolas, the three French founders of ride-sharing pioneer BlaBlaCar, take culture-building oh so seriously. They’ve grown fast over the last few years by acquiring local car-sharing businesses across Europe, and they now have 600 team members in 22 countries.
